Anne is currently launching a social media project on FaceBook and Instagram to bring awareness to the distinctions between love and hate. There's a lot of hate going on in the world and it seems to be overshadowing love.

Hate is not the opposite of love as love has no opposite. Love is all encompassing. It is up to each individual to determine how they want to come across - predominantly as a loving person or a hateful one. The below messages are examples of what's being published in the effort to bring awareness as to how love and hate manifest. They are designed to help people make choices as to how they want to be and show up in the world.
