Restorative Yoga 

What is Restorative Yoga?

​

Restorative Yoga is a gentle and slow paced

practice that brings any level of practitioner into a state of peace and calm.  It is all about conscious relaxation, being present, and focusing on well-being.

 

This type of yoga combines supported yoga postures with mindfulness and meditation.  Students leave feeling uplifted with a deep sense of inner joy and optimism.

Class Schedule:  Note:  All classes are 75 minutes 

 

  • Sunday   4:00 pm

  • Monday  5:30 pm

  • Tuesday  7:00 pm

  • Thursday 7:00 pm

  • Saturday  10:00 am

Advanced Registration:  Text Anne on her cell phone:  720-838-8779 or call 406-399-0952.  You are registered once you receive a confirmation.  If you don’t receive a confirmation, please text or call again.

 

Walk-ins:  

 

You may attend a class even if you don’t register in advance, as long as there’s enough room.  If the “Open” sign is on in the window on 4th Ave, there’s room for walk-ins.  If the sign is not on, the class is full.

 

Class Pricing and Payment:

Pricing:

  • $10 per person, per class – cash or check made payable to Still Waters

  • Discounts are available for people going through chemo or medical rehabilitation

  • After attending 8 classes in a calendar month, you may attend as many classes as you want to  for free for the remainder of that month.  Please register in advanced for free classes as well as paid classes.

 

Payment:

  • When you arrive, please put your payment in one of the small envelopes provided

  • Write your name on the envelope

  • Place the envelope in the peacock box provided.  Thank you.

 

To Participate:

​

  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and settle in

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the center

  • Mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be provided; however you can bring your own

  • Please refrain from wearing perfume or strong after shave

  • There are cubbies in the prop room for your purse and other personal items

  • The restroom is in the hallway

General Pricing

  • Individual Coaching - $295 per person, per month

  • Training Programs: $2000-$3000 per day, plus materials and customization costs - up to  15 participants

  • Yoga and Meditation Classes - $10 per person per class
