TRAINING PROGRAM:

Coaching Skills Training Program

Shifting from the hierarchical leader approach to the coaching model

About this Program:

This training program was developed by seven professional coaches during a time when coaching had a very clear purpose, defined skills, and specific tools.  With “coaching” being used to describe a wide variety of approaches used today, there’s been a lot of confusion about what coaching is and is not.  This program clarifies all of that and teaches participants how to coach.
